| "Food Comes First to Human, So Does Safety to Food". The quality of food directly influences people’s health. Recently, China’s food safety problems often occur. The main reason is that there is a serious supervision problem in the enterprises of food production and food circulation. The primary cause of frequent food safety issues is that related person who has low food inspection level, lack of morals and lack of knowledge about food’s quality and safety. In order to avoid the occurrence of food safety issues and making people eat healthy, our food supervision department should ensure that food is qualified and safe, and involve in controlling the whole industry chain of food.In this paper, taking Baiyun District of Guangzhou as an example, it refer to the experience of food production supervision at home and abroad and take various methods based on the on-the-spot investigation and interview, This paper studied the situation of production in food enterprises and the problems of food production supervision, finally to put forward the strategy of resolving problem.This text is divided into six chapters, the first chapter puts forward the research background, the core concepts, the theoretical basis and literature review; In the second chapter, the status of food production enterprises of Baiyun District are analyzed; The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the Baiyun District of food production supervision; The fourth chapter analyzes the problems and causes existing in food production supervision of Baiyun District; The fifth chapter put forward the countermeasures to improve the food production supervision in Baiyun District; It is suggested that food production supervision in Baiyun District mainly exists the following problems: the supervision strength is not enough to meet the actual demand; food production supervision exists cross or vacuum phenomenon; The main responsibility and supervisory responsibility in the supervision of food safety is not clear; there is many small food processing workshops and it is difficult to control. Aiming at the existent problem, it put forward the following measures:integrating of resources and enhancing the power of supervision; strengthening the construction of food safety monitoring system; guiding the enterprises to implement the main responsibility; guiding the small food processing workshop’s survival. The problems which pointed out in food production supervision of Baiyun District are prevalent in the rest of China. This paper presented the specific strategy of food production supervision. It can help to straighten out the idea of food production supervision in Baiyun District and improve the efficiency of supervision. This paper plays a guiding role for food production supervision in similar areas in China, also has certain reference value. |
