| At present, enterprises participating in international and domestic macroeconomic environment facing complex market competition. With the increasingly fierce market competition, construction enterprises are facing many problems, such as market supply and demand imbalance, single product structure, low development quality, weak ability to resist risks.Which distresses and restricts healthy and sustainable development of construction companies. So enterprises urgently need to take the initiative to adapt to changes in market competition, through their own advantages, upgrade and diversify operations.Combined with ZT company’s current development, background of Pingling logistics projects in Jinan, this paper researched investment analysis and risk control of Pingling logisties project in Jinan, by market, economic, industry environment surveys and project market demand analysis. The main work is reflected in the following three aspects:①The paper introduced project’s background and basic situation.Then it conducted a SWOT analysis for the current national macroeconomic policies and industrial environment, project development environment and market demand. And it determined the project construction conditions, project location, project development objectives and overall project construction program.②Through project feasibility study analysis, it determined the operational management solutions,business organizations, business development, project profit model.And it discussed the planning scheme of logistics information platform of ZT company’s Pingling project in Jinan to solve the normative operation problems of the project.③It came to the conclusion that the project is feasible, through a analysis of economic and social benefits evaluation and risk control study of ZT company’s Pingling project in Jinan.This paper has a certain significance to provide decision information in upgrading and diversifying operations for the similar state-owned construction enterprises. |
