During recent years, in the financial field, with the perfection of the laws about the anti-money laundering, the continuous improvement of the technological means and the increasing employees whose professional skills are unceasing improved, the chance to do the money laundering is less and less while the possibility of being monitored is more and more so that money launderers try to find other businesses and means which are less risky to launder money. The cases which happened in recent years indicate that the number of the crimes in the real estate has become such a big one that it can’t be ignored anymore. On the other hand, since the course of the RMB internationalization makes the capital control become loose, there would be more international black money brought into the national real estate industry. Thus, to curb crime on money laundering, studying more on the money laundering crime in the real estate allows of no delay.This paper firstly sketches the background and the meaning, as well as summarize and review the related theories and researched papers. Secondly, it analyzes in detail the main means of the money laundering in the real estate, and summarize the generality from many kinds of money laundering means,and then figure out the characteristics of the suspicious trade in the real estate, based on which we can conclude the risk of money-laundering in real estate, build up a risk-index system, use the risk-matrix method to rank the risk factors according their degrees of importance, use AHP (analytic hierarchy process) to confirm the importance of the risk factors, evaluate the overall risk of the money laundering in the real estate on the whole, and then explain the process of the evaluation model’s practical application by case analysis. At last, it offers policy suggestions on the supervision on money laundering in real estate combined with the new situation the real estate of our country would face.
