The Study Of Influencing Factors Inthe Formation Of The Rural Economic Elite

The first document of government in2014states:"To deepen rural reform, we must insist thereform direction of the socialist market economic, handle the relationship between government and the market, stimulatethe energy in rural economy and society". Rural economic elite is the main part of setting an example and leading the farmers. Find out which factors can restricting the development of the rural economic elite is critical for relevant departments to train and develop them. Therefore, they are the research objects in this thesis which study influencing factors on the formation of rural economic elite.Firstly, through reviewing the literature and studying the theories to know the status of the rural economic elite. Using the entrepreneurial process theory to construct the theoretical modelabout the influencing factors in the rural economic eliteforming.Based on this model to study the influencing factors and their dimensions.Finally, develop the indicator system and test scales.Secondly, using empirical data which collected through E-mail and survey in Chengdu form232farmers to prove research hypotheses based on the model. Then, analyzing data in reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis and logistic regression by SPSS18.0to verify the consistency of the test scales, the effectiveness of the structure, even asignificant linear relationship between the influencing factors and the formation of the rural economic elite. The empirical result shows that the motivation has positive effect on the formation of the rural economic elite; the capacity and parts of dimensions have positive effect on the formation of the rural economic elite; the circumstance and part of dimensions have positive effect on the formation of the rural economic elite. The data analysis show the majority of theoretical assumptions have been proved and the prior theoretical framework is rational.
