Facing the aviation safety pressure increases, the transport market competition intensifies and passengers’awareness of right protection rises. How to improve passenger service quality; enhance its own competitiveness based on ensuring the safe operation of the airport has become a problem Airport must pay attention. Airport front line staff is the ultimate enforcer of airport services output, contacts with the aircraft, goods and the passengers directly, study the relationship between job stress and satisfaction of frontline employees is of great significance to enhance the airport service quality and guarantee the safe operation of the airport.Based on the existing research findings, and combine the practical situation of CA frontline staff, designing a high reliability and validity of job stress and job satisfaction questionnaire, after determining questionnaire, we put CA frontline staffs who contact with the aircraft goods and the passengers directly as the research object,300questionnaires were distributed,207respondents were valid. Analysis of the samples by using SPSS, aimed at understanding the situation of job stress and job satisfaction of frontline staffs of CA Airport, analyzing the source of pressure, factors to affect job satisfaction and the relationship between them. According to the survey, have the conclusions as follows:1. Job stress of CA frontline staffs remains high, and job satisfaction remains low. Job itself stress and career development stress is relatively large, job reward satisfaction shows low score.2. CA frontline staffs with different personal features has partly difference on job stress and its aspects, less partly difference on job satisfaction and its aspects.3. Job stress of CA frontline staffs is significantly correlated with job satisfaction. Job itself, career development, organizational factor and interpersonal relation is significantly and negatively correlated with job satisfaction.4. Job stress of CA frontline staffs predicts job satisfaction greatly. Specifically, interpersonal relation stress, career development stress, organizational factor stress and social support stress are significantly and negatively predictive of job satisfaction.Based on the above conclusions, we proposed the measures improving the front-line CA Company employee satisfaction from the work itself, working environment, Career management, corporate culture construction etc.
