Analysis Of Inner Mongolia Keyouqian Banner County Economy Development

County economy is the most basic units in our country’s economic activities, and it is also an important component of the national economy. Since the "expand county economies" officially put forward in the Sixteenth CPC National Congress, the county economy has gradually attract the attention of the government and the whole society, and also to vigorously develop the county economy will become the focus of the era. At the same time, the development of ecological civilization and ecological environment protection has been paid more and more attention by the country. Under such a big background, Keyouqian Banner should combine with its own actual situation and take county economy development road focusing on ecology.Taking Keyouqian Banner as the research subject to make analysis of county economy development, this paper has tried to solve problems of farming and animal husbandry development, the people’s livelihood, ecological environment protection and regional economic cooperation from the perspective of county economy development, which can also provide reference for the development of similar backward areas of the country. This paper has summarized related theories and literatures about the county economy, introduced the basic information and development advantage of Keyouqian Banner, and then made analysis of limiting factors in the development of county economy and ecological environment problems. This paper has used the Ecological Footprint Model to calculate that:the local area is now in a state of ecological deficit risk. Therefore, the county economy development of Keyouqian Banner should be adjusted to local conditions and pay attention to the protection of ecological environment, promote the development of ecological industry, developing ethnic cultural tourism, strengthening infrastructure construction, promoting the synchronized development of urban and rural areas and promoting the regional cooperation.Keyouqian Banner is a typical poor backward area, so research of this paper has certain representativeness and reference significance. According to the investigation and analysis of the existing data, this paper has made comprehensive analysis of the current situation of local county economy development and pointed out that people should not attach too much importance to the growth of economic indicators, but should focus on ecology as the fundamental so as to maintain the local sustainable development and try to make Keyouqian Banner into an area of green ecological development.
