Study On Sonid Right Banner County Economic Development Of The Function Of The Government

Advises from the State council on how to promote Inner Mongolia’s economic and social development soundly and rapidly further pointed out that the growth of the county economy should be fostered the growth. The government work report of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of2012and2013all mentioned relevant content on the county economy. The county economy has become an important part of our national economy and an important link of the government macroeconomic regulation and control, and it is of great significance to many parts such as balancing urban and rural social and economic development, promoting urbanization, accelerating the up the construction of new socialist countryside and new pastoral. For the reason that exploring how to give full play to the functions of the government to promote the development of county economy has become one of the priorities of local governments at all levels.In the paper, investigation on the economic development through the collection of the related economic materials, policies and systems of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Sonid Right Banner,and visit to the relevant government departments and corporate in Sonid Right Banner; through the analysis of the status quo of the Sonid Right Banner county economy development and the play of local government in economic development functions, then point out the restrictive factors in the the development of the county economy and make feasible suggestions from actual conditions.The paper analyzes the concept connotation of the county economy and government functions firstly, describes the role that the government should be played in the county economy. And the paper provides a brief overview of the county economic development of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Sonid Right Banner and the functioning of the Sonid Right Banner government in the county economic development. The main performance of the Sonid Right Banner government in the promotion of agricultural and livestock economic development was: Implement ecological type of animal husbandry actively, enlarge and strengthen the local agricultural and livestock brand, guide enterprises to strengthen consciousness of brand, improve the added value of the livestock products, carry out the construction of infrastructure actively. And in the industrial economy were:Put great efforts to develop the local characteristics industry, and the actively key projects, and actively carry out attracting investments, perform the functions of the government to continue to expand the scale and the total amount of the tertiary industry.The second part of the paper analyzes the existing problems and the constrained factors in the county economy development of Sonid Right Banner as well as the government functioning. The constrained factors include:Firstly, industrial development is not fully and the industrial structure needs to be optimized, the second one is that the pace of urbanization is slow; thirdly, the sustainable development has been challenged; the fourth is there have many difficulties in financial revenue.The third section presents the countermeasures to promote the county economy development of Sonid Right Banner through fulfilling the functions of the government.
