County economy plays an important role in the national economy and also an important part of the national economy as 70% Chinese population and half of the national total output value are from county. County economy is also very important for creating and developing the current regional economy. The writer has emphasized two important meanings for studying count economy. County economy is the grass national product economic base. To develop county economy is the breakthrough point and point of contact for solving three problems "countryside, agriculture and farmer."The writer has analyzed the present situation of county economy tries to find a continuous developing way for the west minority nationality either to make rational use of resources or to keep the ecology from damage . Junger Banner located on the west part of Inner Mongolia plateau with not very good weather conditions for agriculture, less rain all year round , but rich mineral resources, especially abundant coal resources. The local county economy has been developed steadily and rapidly, made a great achievements by grasping the chances of development of the west region and the national energy resources strategy west transfer. But the industrial system are not very reasonable . Rational mineral resources utilization and air pollutions are still problems. The local economy can not keep the initiative in their own hands independently. To solve those problems, firstly, enhance the strength to support agriculture, give directions for developing agriculture, increase farmer's income, maintain the balance between agriculture and industry, city and countryside.Secondly, during the developing period of the industry, introduce new advanced technology ,take advantage of coal resources value, lengthen the industrial chain, improve the circle economy, economize the resources, protect the ecology environment against pollution, make industry multiple not single economic mode. Lastly, our government should make the long-term development policy increasingly reasonable and give big support to the local economy, keep local economy health, coordinating and continuous development. Let the local economy march towards a better prospect.
