A Research On Construction And Operating Mechanism Of Collaborative Innovation Platform Of Modern Agricultural Science&Technology

At present, China is at a critical point of transition from traditional agricultureto modern agriculture, and collaborative innovation has become the developmentdirection and effective choice of modern agricultural science and technologyinnovation, is also the most effective way to enhance innovational ability oftechnology about universities’ agriculture. From the present situation of Chineseagricultural technology innovation, the major of technology innovation subjectfocuses on universities, research institutes and enterprises. These subjects act ofone’s own free will, skirmish warfare and lack of effective "interdisciplinary,one-stop" collaborative platform and innovation mechanism. It is difficult toconcentrate their innovation teams and the rich innovation resources, innovationadvantages and collaborative research on core competitive ability for servicing"three rural" development and construction of modern agriculture technology. In thiscontext, this thesis takes Jilin University as an example, attempts to constructinnovation platform which suits for the development of Jilin Province modernagricultural technology from the theory and sets up a corresponding operatingmechanism to guarantee the smooth implementation of the platform effectively.
