Defense science,technology and industry is the foundation for the development of the national defense building and economic stability and the important guarantee,an increasingly tense international situation and the making of weapon equipment performance and quality put forward higher requirements,but our defense portal phenomenon is more serious,innovation ability is weak,so the national defense science and technology industrial enterprises urgently need to be collaborative innovation,establishing flexible defense base,it is to promote in-depth development of China's characteristic of military and national security needs further expansion,the inevitable choice of deepening the reform of national defense military in an all-round,From the point of the defense industry enterprise technology innovation and development,after try and exploration,the national defense science,technology and industry enterprise cooperative innovation some achievements,such as the cooperation between colleges and enterprises and research institute of technology innovation in the form of joint and try,but because it is a national defense science and technology competition,economic benefits and market demand,as well as the privacy and the importance of national defense science and technology innovation,make the national defense science and technology industrial enterprises and between enterprises and research institutions(research institute,college)of cooperative innovation between didn't play their respective advantages,there are still some problems which restrict the development of the cooperative innovation,the need to explore a more optimized and accord with the actual development situation of national defense science,technology and industry enterprise cooperative innovation mechanism of orbit,on the whole grasp the national defense science,technology and industry enterprise cooperative innovation mechanism running status and operation effect,and enhance the national defense science and technology industrial enterprise cooperative innovation ability.In this paper,study cooperative innovation mechanism on the national defense science enterprise from both theoretical and empirical perspective.First of all,from the theory to the national defense science,technology and industry enterprise,collaborative innovation and collaborative innovation mechanism analysis,the three related concepts,theory,national defense science,technology and industry enterprise cooperative innovation mechanism of analytical research dimensions and components;Secondly,on the basis of related theory research to build the national defense science,technology and industry enterprise cooperative innovation mechanism model,and the national defense science,technology and industry enterprise cooperative innovation dynamic mechanism,coordination mechanism,demand docking mechanism,achievements transformation mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism in detail.Again,through literature review,the establishment of the national defense science,technology and industry enterprise cooperative innovation mechanism running effect evaluation system,established the national defense science,technology and industry enterprise cooperative innovation mechanism of each evaluation index,ZGHJT enterprises as the research object,using the coordination theory,USES the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),in the form of questionnaires and interviews,and collaborative effect for this enterprise cooperative innovation mechanism innovation mechanism analyses empirical study on the overall synergy effect.Finally,on the basis of theoretical and empirical research,in order to enhance the enterprise collaborative innovation ability as the goal,demand for its dynamic mechanism,coordination mechanism,docking mechanism,achievements transformation mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism of ascension specific Suggestions are presented.
