Study On The Optimization Of The Governance Mechanism Of Local Science And Technology Innovation Platform In The Construction Of Campus

With the implementation of the national strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,strengthening the country through science and technology,and promoting innovation and the gradual deepening of the reform of the science and technology management system,various localities have built a number of unique local science and technology innovation platforms.The local science and technology innovation platform plays an important role in gathering scientific and technological innovation resources within the region,promoting regional industrial integration development,radiating regional social and economic development,promoting local science and technology system reform,and enhancing regional innovation capabilities.The article takes the governance of local science and technology innovation platform as the research direction,and focuses on the analysis of the governance mechanism of the science and technology innovation platform of Ezhou Institute of Technology.This paper uses the theory of innovation and mechanism optimization theory,and uses the literature research method and case study method to study the governance mechanism of Ezhou Institute of Technology.First of all,it sorts out the governance mechanism and current situation of the science and technology innovation platform of Ezhou Institute of Technology.On this basis,from the three aspects of policy planning,internal governance mechanism and scientific research innovation,the problems of the governance mechanism of Ezhou Institute of Technology are further analyzed.Then,taking the Silicon Valley Science and Technology Park in the United States,the Cambridge Science and Technology Park in the United Kingdom and the Tsukuba Science City in Japan as examples,this paper introduces the general situation of the local science and technology innovation platform governance and analyzes the reasons for its development,and draws lessons from the experience of the Ezhou Institute of Technology.Finally,from the optimization of the macro environment,enhance the policy planning and guiding functions: establish andimprove relevant laws and regulations,rationally allocate scientific and technological innovation resources,clarify the strategic goals of campus construction;complement the shortcomings of governance,and improve the internal governance mechanism of the platform: enrich the form of transformation of results,Improve the regulatory assessment mechanism,improve the innovation incentive mechanism;synergistic governance elements,enhance the compatibility of collaborative innovation: build a good multi-agent synergy relationship,establish a reasonable internal management system,and cultivate the organizational culture of the scientific research innovation platform,these three directions Suggestions on the optimization of the governance mechanism of the science and technology innovation platform of Ezhou Institute of Technology.
