With the " country of eight "," five countries" such as the government introduced the policy of purchase, the relative reduction in the property market bubble, people purchase more rational attitude, the real estate market has been the "seller " into the " buyer’s market", which makes the real estate business must begin to focus on the importance of the integration of marketing communications.With the increasing homogenization of real estate, real estate enterprises should pay more attention to the project of integrated marketing communication, so that the project to accurately convey information to the target audience there. Real estate project to promote the process of communication channels and media for effective integration can shape corporate brand, increase their reputation and visibility. This paper studies the integrated marketing communication applications in the real estate business, first of all analyze the status of the real estate market, summarizes the status of the real estate business integrated marketing communications, integrated marketing communications for real estate projects in the channels of communication, the media and the selection strategy in detail analysis and found that there’s a problem when applied to the real estate market which, given reasonable suggestions. To reinforce the importance of the real estate business network media, integrating a variety of communication channels and media, complementary advantages, the use of traditional media and online media giant’s influence on product publicity, promotion at different stages of the rational use of media delivery, strengthen communication with customers. Through the existing Integrated Marketing Communications Case Analysis of real estate companies have discovered, to the real estate business to provide suggestions to improve the real estate promotion activities to enhance the real estate business efficiency.
