Protection Ann Economic Utilization Of Grasslang Resources Under Enclosure And Grazing Policy

This study takes the enclosure of grazing prohibition policy as the background, and this article takes the grassland resources protection and utilization as the theme in Xilamuren Steppe of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Baotou City. Based on detailed data was obtained by field investigation for many years. The study compared the main growth indexes of enclosure with grazing district. Analyze the influence of the policy to local pastoral economy system. The policy is prohibition of grazing and return to grassland. And according to the Miami model and law of Lielig, calculating economic potential of enclosure land and grazing district. Quantitative analyze grazing capacity. Further analysis its economic potential and benefits under the enclosed protection. At the same time, the author also explored the feasibility of artificial grassland. Through comparative analysis of different protection ways of grassland resources show that the enclosed policy is effective and feasible in the short term. Enclosed grassland actual production is much higher than the heavy pastoral areas. Enclosure can create much more value than grazing district. Enclosure grassland can create nearly ten million more than pastoral area. Meanwhile, economic value of artificial pasture is2-3times of enclosed grassland, however, that need a lot of manpower and material to maintain. As the enclosure of grazing prohibition policy implementation, tourism has gradually become the pillar industry; it has significant influence on the development of local economy, society and culture. In this paper, after comprehensive analysis grassland resource protection and economic utilization under enclosed grazing prohibition, the author put forward relevant suggestions that through pull the economy of pastoral area by developing grassland resource. We hope that this study could guide more nomads to protect the local grassland resources consciously, only in this way can realize the unification of economic benefit and environment protection. Provide the theory basis for animal husbandry and promoting the sustainable development of economy in pastoral area.
