At present, Chinese and foreign scholars are generally based on stakeholdertheory of corporate social responsibility to employees from a broad perspective ofcorporate social responsibility, It has not been specially devoted to the welfare ofstaff in the perspective of corporate social responsibility.At this stage, Chinese enterprises lack of responsibility for the welfare securityof employees, including the low level of staff welfare, security projects and staffwelfare uneven gaps big problem; enterprises lack responsibility for the basic rightsof employees, including in the labor contract, health and safety, collective bargaining,working hours and lack of responsibility of the remuneration and other aspects of thephenomenon exists; enterprises lack responsibility of culture and education foremployees, mainly in the corporate culture and employee re-education aspects ofeducation.These problems seriously threaten employees and enterprise survival anddevelopment, and with the current of building a socialist harmonious societyopposite.Our staff welfare is mainly affected by the awareness of corporate socialresponsibility and short-sighted, government policy and the legal construction;employee rights and construction unions, which is the ostensible reason for thewelfare of affected employees at this stage; while the deep-seated causes ofemployee welfare and security situation is that under the corporate socialresponsibility, there are two tendencies: First, the pursuit of economic interests as thestarting point, the second is the starting point for the promotion of social harmony.Our corporate social responsibility to employees based on the pursuit of economicefficiency rather than maintaining social harmony as a starting point, which willinevitably lead to even as little as possible to evade corporate social responsibility,thus causing disharmony development of enterprises and employees, businesses andsociety.Under the perspective of corporate social responsibility to improve staff welfaresecurity should adhere to the general principles of social harmony, specificall. Including people-oriented principle, the bottom line of principles of justice andfairness. Under the guidance of the above principles, enterprises should establish acorrect concept of corporate social responsibility to fulfill, strengthen corporateculture and improve their own system, government strengthen the concept of theresponsibility to guide and advocacy, strengthen legal protection and policyincentives and establish a rational evaluation system of socialresponsibility;employees enhance their overall quality and rights awareness and playthe role of trade unions and social media content and so on. Ultimately formingstructured and diverse channels supervision system by corporate self-regulation, lawenforcement, administrative intervention, economic regulation and public oversightto promote the importance of corporate social responsibility and employeefulfillment.
