Corporate Social Responsibility is the hot topic of domestic scholars and well-known enterprisesactively implementing in recent years, its importance to the enterprise by the academia and the businesscommunity for all to see. Harmonious and stable labor relations relates to the stability and peace ofsociety as a whole. It Involves not only economic and social problems and may even translate intopolitical issues, as one of the most fundamental of all social relations. Thus, the harmony and stabilityof labor relations cannot be ignored.With the reform of China's economic system, China's enterprise employment system is developingthe direction of a market-oriented. However, open and free market mechanisms in China also appearthe imbalance in labor and capital strength in the situation of "weak labor--strong capital". In recentyears, frequent labor disputes in China, the tense situation of labor relations in enterprises and oftenstrike incident had a serious impact on China's harmonious and stable labor relations, and also affectedthe desire of building a harmonious society in China. The face of the discordant situation of ourworking relationship, the labor relations evaluation is essential in order to enhance their enthusiasm andinitiative in maintaining the harmonious labor relations. On the one hand, it plays and urges enterprisesto improve and maintain the good of their own enterprises labor relations; the other hand, it will play arole to improve labor relations in the region of reference and the direction of the measures taken for therelevant departments by evaluation of corporate labor relations. So, this paper selects this topics aboutthe labor relations evaluation in enterprises which is an authentic research to a sample of someenterprises in Taiyuan City, this have certain theoretical and practical significance. Meanwhile,corporate social responsibility is the need to build a harmonious society from the perspective ofsustainable development. According to the concept of the stakeholder theory and contract theory,employees are important creators of corporate profits, and are the most important stakeholders. Thus,the staff of the enterprise is of great significance. With the advancement of corporate socialresponsibility wave in our country, it has had a positive impact on the business philosophy of theChinese enterprises and employees' rights to protect, and thus will also be a positive impact on thelabor relations status for China's enterprises.Given the above analysis, this paper does empirical evaluation and analysis on the labor relations,corporate social responsibility in this article as a starting point. The research evaluate respectively in arandom sample of some enterprises in Taiyuan City as the data sample, using the method of combiningtheoretical analysis and empirical research, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, classification of data samples in accordance with the enterprise nature and individual workers level ofeducation and labor relations. Then, the evaluation results are explained by using the Sandver theorymodel and the Maslow hierarchy of needs model. Finally, this paper proposed the helpful suggestionsto improve labor relations in enterprises according to the existing problems and the evaluation results.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part (Introduction) describes the background and purpose of this study is on the line andcontent of the thesis.The second part (literature review and the basic theory) comprehensive review literature of laborrelations and corporate social responsibility existing research. The one hand, it summarize the results ofprevious studies and experience; on the other hand, it pave the way for this study and the researchhypothesis to be submitted through the existing research results and the author's own analysis.In the third part (research hypothesis and research design), firstly, research hypothesis will beproposed to basing on the literature review, and made a relatively reasonable explanation. Then,research method will be also described in this study. Secondly, The index system and questionnairewill be designed to the author according to the research design of this study. Finally, the returnedquestionnaires will be done intrinsic statistical analysis of the basic characteristics.Part IV (empirical analysis) based on the survey data, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmodel to evaluate Taiyuan City, the different nature of the enterprise labor relations division of thepersonal qualities of workers that is education level, where the corporate labor relations evaluation. Theevaluation results show that the degree of labor relations harmony in state-owned enterprises betterthan the private sector and the higher the degree of harmony of its labor relations in enterprises is thehigher the education level of workers. Then, the evaluation results are explained using the Sandvertheory model and the Maslow hierarchy of needs model. Finally, constructive comments of targetedadjustment Taiyuan labor relations in enterprises are proposed by the author.Part V (innovation, inadequate, and research papers Outlook) described the innovation of thisstudy and inadequacies, and indicated further study work and prospects based on inadequate andinnovative of this paper.
