The explosive industry as a national basic industries, is an important support forcoal, mining, construction, transportation and other industries. After years ofdevelopment, China’s explosive industry becomes more and more normative,production capacity and efficiency are also obtained certain result. But compared withdeveloped countries, China’s explosive industry in industrial structure still exist manyproblems.A company engaged in blasting industry for many years, in order to furtherexpand the international market, seizing the opportunities and challenges, to narrowthe gap with international blasting company, need to continuously improve productperformance, the company advanced technology from abroad after deliberationdecided countries introduce advanced production line to improve the situation. In thispaper, first of all, through the study of the research of the overall situation of Acompany, from two aspects of the internal environment and external environmentanalysis of A company’s risk tolerance.Secondly, in order to assure the success of production line project introduction,to create a stable and controllable environment, avoid huge economic losses, thispaper use WBS analysis production line transfer project risk, find the project risksource and restricting factors. Then, based on WBS risk factor diagram has carried onthe questionnaire survey and analysis, to eliminate the factors of low recognition, toidentify factors and the definition of project risk. This article will identify the riskfactors are divided into the policy risk, technical risk, market risk, construction risk,accident risk5categories,15events.Again, according to the questionnaire on the analysis of risk factors and trade-offs, the paper constructs the risk index system, and by using analytic hierarchyprocess to get the weight of risk at all levels. Then, this paper chooses the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method to evaluate risk factors, and get the wholeproduction line transfer project risk degree is higher. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, in this paper, all kinds of risks actively cope withcontrol measures.Through the study of this article, the production line to introduce A companyproject risk identification, risk assessment, risk control three process study,thoroughly analyzed the project may cause the risk factors and countermeasures, thefuture development for the enterprise to provide the basis. At the same time, grasp theinitiative, the risk may cause a loss to a minimum, create a stable environment fordevelopment, to help enterprises improve their competitiveness and expand themarket. In this paper, the identification of risk factors, the calculation of weight andthe risk assessment method, also has certain reference significance for the sameindustry.
