At present,the incentive system of insurance company sales team in our country has been relatively mature,but there are still many problems which are unable to avoid.The problems which HA Insurance company are faced with is the increase of premium platform can't meet the continuous increase of incentive fees,the production ratio increased year by year.On the basis of this occasion,the incentive system optimization is proposed,which is expected to continuously reduce production ratio through the optimization of incentive system,to increase production platform in reasonable expenses.Through the selection and survey of each steps of sales process of recent sales team,which is found that there is a big difference between normal and excellent salesperson,including customer development method,the degree of job involvement,basic sales skills and sales initiative.Based on these differences,which is coming to the optimization proposal,including encouraging organization development oriented career development planning,innovative staff principal,multi-level and multi-angle honorable system and unified planning and operation of training system.Finally,optimization incentive system into project sales team is applied,through experiment which is found that the performance of experiment-group salespeople is better than the recent-group salespeople in production achievement ratio,the effective of sales process and knight salespeople,which is verified the optimizing incentive system played a certain role in promoting production performance.
