Automobile industry is the important pillar industry of our national economy. It is also the landmark industry of national competitiveness. With the development of automobile industry in our country, the related auto equipment manufacturing industry has suffered rapid development, and in our country occupies a considerable proportion in the industrial production. The Chinese government pays great attention to the development of the automobile industry in China, in the12th five-year plan, clearly put forward to develop the auto equipment manufacturing industry, to achieve the leap development of the auto industry. Development of automotive equipment industry has important strategic significance. On one hand, the level and quality of automobile depends on the equipment level; On the other hand, a national auto industry and the international competitiveness of a car companies depends on the advanced equipment and production cost.In twenty-first Century the economic is the sale of "services", from the "attention to manufacturing" to "attention to service", is also China’s economic transformation and upgrading. After sale service became a new flash point in the present and future business expansion, help to improve the market share and market competitiveness. At the same time, consumers regard the quality of after sale service as the primary believable condition. In this kind of market environment, it will stimulate the enterprise to improve the after sale service. This is the product of the primary stage of the market development.This essay is focus on auto filling and sealing equipment, and use CF company which mainly serves filling and sealing machines to automotive industry as example. The author made detailed study regarding automotive equipment industry after sales service. The author searched theory and application link with both domestic and foreign customer service data, then combine with current situation of CF company after service. The author pointed out the issues of procurement, logistics, inventory, onsite service and employee relationship which existed in CF company. And analyze the reason of those problems, the author proposed feasible solutions and implementation plan based on the actual situation of CF company. At the same time, the author listed separately one chapter for the three core elements of after sales service:customer satisfaction,customer loyalty and customer relationship management. The author emphasized the importance of the three core elements of after sales service.The essay combined the real data and cases to analyze the automotive industry actual situation and service theory, apply this theory to service marketing. It has a good reference for domestic automobile equipment industry to maintain a good and health development.
