Financial industry is considered to be not only an important part of modern serviceindustries, but also a standard principle to examine the degree of economic development.In Jiangsu and Zhejiang area where financial and investment activity are lively, venturedebt companies appear as effective supplement of traditional financial industry withdeepening of financial innovation which have a key role in financial support and long-timedevelopment of local small and medium enterprises. Suzhou A venture debt company hasaccumulated a lot of practical experience in business exploration and internal operationsince founded in three years ago as the first venture debt company and obtained muchattention from business aspects. For this new kind of financial company, it is important topay attention on the management and carry out appropriate assessment system ofcompensation to abstract and inspire business staff for creating sustainable value, which isalso the main point of this paper.The paper introduced related theories on compensation incentive as theoreticalguiding. And then, the paper analyzed the industrial environment and internal situation ofthe enterprises in detail. The paper reveals advantages and shortages of the presentcompensation package of business staff and discusses compensation management practiceof corresponding positions in commercial bank and equity investment industry. Accordingto the preview analysis, the paper put forward a new compensation design for businessstaff of Suzhou A venture debt company and comprehensive supporting basis putting thedesign into practice.
