Compensation Management as a significant part in the enterprise's human resource management,and the compensation issue always be a sensitive topic in the enterprise management.For one hand,it needs to ensure the continued competitiveness of enterprise when compare to the external company,on the other hand,it needs to balance the internal team which keep fairness and stableness,control the labor cost for enterprise,balancing the internal and external compensation finally.Company needs to pay more attention to the key position and key employees,at the same time,offering higher salary to retain the employees.It can inspiring the working enthusiasm,centripetal force and improve team cohesion when we can use the compensation management properly.Instead,it will demoralized staff,lead to negative attitude toward work,company turnover rate will increase as a result.With China's reform and opening up,many foreign company growth rapidly,at the beginning,the foreign company have obvious advantage,no matter in compensation or benefit,which much better than the state-own company and local company,moreover,American companies having more attractive,not only because the U.S is an economic and military powerhouse,but also for the higher compensation attractive to the employees and the good security system,at the end,many talent would like to join an American company.But in recent years,government prefer to give more beneficial policy to the private company,it decreased the foreign company's attractive in the talent market,the standard compensation system means less lacking of the flexibility when compare to private company,so it decreased the motivation and satisfaction of employee.In this thesis,I will starting with the basic theory of compensation management to study,analyze and diagnose on the current compensation management,according to the MO company current situation.In this research,it will mainly adopt literature research method and the interview method,for the full text will divide into four part.At first,elaborate the relative compensation theory,introduce the organization structure and the compensation present situation.Secondly,investigating and researching on the current compensation management system,analysis and diagnose the cause of the problem and what else problem in compensation management.Thirdly,by analyzing the problems of compensation management to work out improvement and design the compensation system implementation.Finally,safeguard measures for the implementation of the schemes.
