Study On Relationship Of The International Entrepreneurial Capabilities And Dynamic Capabilities On Enterprise Performance Of Born-international Enterprises

After entering the WTO, China has produced many mainly oninternational trade of small and medium-sized enterprises. One of the morespecial in the beginning of establishment of enterprise facing theinternational market of born-international enterprises in our country isdeveloping rapidly. And for this new type of international dynamiccapability and entrepreneurship of venture enterprises has not beenthorough researched, there is no systematic discussion ofborn-international enterprises between dynamic capabilities、international entrepreneurship and enterprises performance. Butborn-international enterprises in the international market in theentrepreneurial process will encounter all sorts of challenges, bothcomplex and changeable international environment and increasingly fiercecompetition, such as the shortage of resources， not smooth marketingchannel and management decision-making mistakes, and so on. A variety offactors will make enterprise in the international market accounts for lessthan the competitive advantage to enterprise performance.According to this problem, based on the born-internationalenterprises as the research object, naturally the internationalizationtheory, dynamic capability theory and international entrepreneurshiptheory as the foundation, to explore the relationship between dynamicability、international entrepreneurial ability of born-internationalenterprise and the enterprise performance.First, in this paper, the international entrepreneurship and dynamiccapability theory system is analyzed. And review of the connotation ofborn-international respectively to form factor; The concept ofinternational entrepreneurship and dimensions and other related research;The concept and dimensions of dynamic capabilities and other related research; And research on born-internationalization enterpriseperformance.Secondly, from the born-international enterprise of internationalentrepreneurship, the relationship between dynamic capabilities andenterprise performance is established in this paper, the research model,international entrepreneurship can be divided into internationalexperience, learning ability, ability to international marketing abilityand network four dimensions; Dynamic capabilities can be divided intoresources integration ability, innovation ability and adaptability tothree dimensions. Not only analyzed these dimensions withborn-internationalization enterprise performance, but also theinternational entrepreneurship on dynamic capabilities and enterpriseperformance relationship adjustment. Then put forward in this paper,three main assumptions and eight assumptions.Thirdly, checkout the theoretical model based on the structuralequation model as the main method using SPSS20.2and AMOS20.0analysistool. Data mainly comes from Beijing, Shanghai, Shandong and otherrepresentative natural internationalization of the area of the enterprisenetwork investigation, gave out150questionnaires, because the surveyquestionnaire is incomplete or fill in the wrong or accidental damage,recovery in139, only quality won’t rule out questionnaire as a referencefor effective questionnaire120, questionnaire survey efficiency is about86%. Empirical results supported a total of seven of the eight hypothesis,the dynamic capability of innovation has a positive effect on corporateperformance that assumption failed to pass the test.Finally, combine with the results of this paper, in view of thearticle in the theoretical and empirical research existing shortcomingsare analyzed and the future research are prospected. This paper innovation points embodied in: first, this article throughto the study of the theory of the previous scholars and literature, summedup now discussed, on the basis of nature as an internationalizedenterprise of international entrepreneurship ability and dynamic abilityputs forward a more novel way of dimensions, and established a uniquethesis research model. Second, in this paper, it is proved by empiricalresearch clear international dimensions of entrepreneurial ability anddynamic ability of born-international enterprise was influenced by theperformance of international relations. And put forward the innovationof the international business ability of dynamic capabilities and theinternationalization of natural relationship between enterpriseperformance has a regulation, fresh for argument in the academic studyof the past. Third, this paper thoroughly analyzes the internationalentrepreneurship, dynamic capabilities and enterprise performancebetween the three variables, to a certain extent for new ventures inpractice provides the direction of the international market.
