Research On Influential Factors Of Knowledge Sharing About The Development Process Of New Energy Vehicles Under Information Ecological Environment

Enterprise information ecological environment is all the enterprises and organizationsunder a specific social environment, have an effect on the information environment, a betterinformation ecological environment can realize the goal of enterprises effectively. Throughthe knowledge exchange, knowledge sharing can expand the value and produce thecombined effect of knowledge.This research is based on the breakthrough points of information ecological theory andknowledge sharing theory, to explore the influencing factors of knowledge sharing in theprocess of developing new energy automobile. In the study, based on the informationecological environment, it put forward the problems of knowledge sharing, including: thestrategic objectives of the cooperative enterprises in the research and development of newenergy automobile; knowledge sharing of the new energy automobile research anddevelopment’s enterprises; knowledge sharing of core technology of new energy automobile.And to analyze the influences of knowledge sharing in two aspects, the internal and externalenvironment, puts forward the influencing factors models of knowledge sharing under theinformation ecological environment; Through the analysis of the development situationabout new energy vehicles industry core technology of domestic and foreign, the similaritiesand differences between the new energy vehicles core technology development at home andabroad, and puts forward the core technology of knowledge sharing about new energyvehicles, the analysis of new energy vehicles’s influence factors of knowledge sharingenterprise about key technology from two aspects. The external factors including: policyfactors, institutional factors, market factors and economic factors. The internal factorsincluding: enterprise culture, means of communication, enterprise system, informationsystem. On this basis, using empirical research methods, the research of the influentialfactors of knowledge sharing about the development process of new energy vehicles,descriptive statistical analysis on the data about the questionnaire, which reveals the basic features of the data. Combined with the correlation analysis method, the preliminary inquiryabout the data of the explanatory variables and explained variable’s correlation and theunknown coefficients. Finally, using SEM to analyze the hypothesis model proposed in thearticle.This research enriches the theory system of information ecological environment andknowledge sharing. Provide a certain direction for new energy vehicles’ industrydevelopment in the process of knowledge sharing. And pointed out the direction for thefuture development of new energy vehicles. Providing certain reference for the governmentto improve the operation of the new energy vehicles’ industry knowledge sharing.
