The automobile industry of China has experienced standardized and large scaleproduction over scores of years. Relative overcapacity and rate of profit in declinehas arisen in domestic auto industry especially after the development like ‘an oil wellblowing out’in recent years. Our country vehicle manufacturing industry has facedmore pressure of competition than the past, so enterprises shall pay more attention toraise his own management of production operation and level of management andlower production cost. Logistics is usually referred to as the ‘Third ProfitResources’and ‘the last boundary of lowering production cost’internationally andthis together with putting up labour productivity, reducing consumption of rawmaterial is called ‘profit resource’.The purpose of this paper’s study is precisely for optimizing logisticsmanagement, lowering operation cost of logistics, assisting enterprises of domesticvehicle manufacturing industry to find the avenue of logistics management which isfit for the development of enterprise itself and making the enterprise realize LeanManagement as well as improving competition of enterprises.For the sake of achieving above mentioned purpose, the paper expounds on theessential and features of lean management about automobile-manufacturingEnterprises on the basis of intensive investigation and combine automobilelogistics with lean logistics basing on conforming to the management philosophy oflean logistics, being guided by the theory of lean logistics, being targeted onstudying automobile-manufacturing Enterprises. The paper has analyzed theconnotation of lean logistics and influence on competitive advantage of automobile-manufacturing Enterprises under the constituting element of leanlogistics and also being targeted at studying production logistics centered aroundautomobile-manufacturing Enterprises make analysis of the thought of coreconcerning the lean logistics as well as leveling logistics and the lean logistics modeof Kanban management; in addition, the paper deals with the effect on enhancingthe efficiency of logistics, lowering production cost, shortening the time and cycle ofproduction and increasing core competitiveness in all kinds of mode.F Company twenty years of development since the plant, which consists of abrand of a product, developed to Audi, Volkswagen9series products two brands-Audi A6L, Audi Q5, Audi A4L, Magotan, CC, Sagitar, Bora, Golf and Jetta sedan,the product has been in short supply. F Company Plant assembly plant productionmodels covered Audi, Volkswagen two brands, namely Audi Q3models, there arealso popular series Jetta, Golf, Magotan and CC, New Bora models, covering theeconomy car, sporty SUV and limousine multiple series, is a true multi-family mixedproduction. Along with enhancing multi-series production and yield, the variety andnumber of cars assembled parts also increased rapidly, heavy sexual materialsystems, the complexity and the difficulty organizations have greatly improved thedelivery mode of the original materials, parts packaging, transportation andmanagement control modes poses a severe test. This makes F companies how to usethe theories and methods of lean logistics to solve mixed production capacity toincrease production capacity and bottlenecks caused by the successful completion ofF Company2013production of1.5million tasks to improve the company’s marketshare of F becomes imperative.Question of this study is that the F Company Plant Francis assembly plant toimprove production and capacity to bring capacity bottlenecks are analyzed usingtheoretical ideas of lean logistics propose ways to improve the program, combinedwith specific cases, lean logistics process Application Analysis and Benefit Analysis. In the paper writing, the writer make an analysis of its specific application in away which explains profound theories in simple language concerning lean logisticson components and parts logistics, materials handling means and informatizationsupport of production logistics in FAW-VW automobile company ltd. by twelveyears practical working experience and combining theory and practice. With ananalysis of actual cases after carrying out management operation of lean logistics,this make automobile manufacturing realize enhancement of logistics efficiency,production cost decline, production tempo improving, above mentioned these causethe production of enterprise more smooth and achieve the application pattern ofmodern automobile industry logistics.
