The manufacture of aero-blade belongs to high denseness manufacturing contains labor and technology. Its marked character of manufacture that compared with other industry's production is high precision, complex working procedure, special technics and high manufacture condition. Recently, for our country's company of aero-blade, during its production management, the serious challenge is: under the competition stress of the fast development of globe aero- industry, under the character of manufacture of aero-blade is more and more marked and the requirement is much more, how to organization and control effectively the production procedure to quickly response the variational and individuation demand of client.In order to achieve this challenge, on the one hand, need to overcome the disadvantage effect of traditional management ideas, on the other hand, need to our continue study and innovation about management theory and method, and continue to carry out production flow reconstruction, to achieve lean and agile manufacture of aero-blade. This paper according to the production background of aero-blade, especially, in the face of the manufacture requirement of more and more aero-blade variety and multi-production, based on the principal concepts of lean logistics, this paper analyses and optimize the production procedure of aero-blade.Lean logistics is the method which through clear up non-increment waste in the manufacture, to reduce stock up time, and to response customer's demands. First this paper describes the manufacture procedure of aero-blade. Dissertate the relationship between enhance logistics management, and to achieve lean manufacture and improve client's contentment. Then, based on the principal concepts of lean logistics, particularly analysis the outcome that in order to simplify the manufacture procedure of aero-blade and clear up non-increment waste, must integration the production chain between shape standard work, balance production line and facility distribution. And then, shape the optimize model. Therein to, introduces the conception of "quasi- production flow", and, based on the method of SLP(System Layout Planning), integrates the standard work and balance production line, bring forward the method of group-distribution layout. Finally, according to this optimize ideas, carry into it in one aero-blade manufacture factory, and prove it is an effective optimize method.The purpose of this paper is, through news management and control ideas, to enhance the manufacture procedure of aero-blade, and cultivate core competition strength, and to make our country's company of aero-blade have competition advantage to win more orders in the globe subcontract operation base of short production period, fast respond, finer quality, lower cost and better service.
