Trends Of Chinese Alcohol Industry Supply Chain And Tactics For COFCO Supoly Chain

Thesis is mainly focus on two parts: The analysis on the market situation anddevelopment tendency of China’s alcohol industry and upstream-downstream business;Management strategy on supply chain of Cofco alcohol business. Based on Meso andMicro economy on the industry development, by sorting out the supply chaintendency of alcohol industry, closely integrated development direction of alcoholindustry and actual situation of Cofco alcohol from manufacturing to marketing, putforward the proposal from the perspective of enterprise collaboration.Make research on the alcohol manufacturing, raw material supplying andconsumption of alcohol industry from the perspective of supply chain, supporting bythe theory of supply chain management, making a probing analysis of Alcoholindustry and Cofco’s supply chain.This thesis analysis on the status and developing tendency of the Alcoholproduction industry in China from many aspects, such as industry policy, capacitycombination and structure adjustment, capacity layout and challenge, etc. Combinedwith quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, this paper takes the use of aamount of data to describe current situation and trend of development, then come upwith the qualitative argument. The author set forth the condition of Alcohol rawmaterial market and the trend, mainly depending on the corn, tapioca and molasses.Based on the liquor industry, chemical industry and fuel ethanol, this paper focus onthe present situation of Alcohol downstream industry and the trend and put forwardmany constructive suggestions.On the bases of these, from the three main aspects-internal alcohol productpositioning and structure optimization, supply chain management, distribution chain,this thesis put out many strategy recommendations of alcohol supply chainmanagement for COFCO.
