Our country carried out the reform of housing system in1998, so far the real estate inthe proportion of GDP increased year by year, the real estate industry has played a more andmore important role in the national economy. And the Chinese people think "food, clothing,housing and transporting" is the most important conditions of life. Among them, the problemof "housing" is the most important part, so there is a special kind of demand for housingamong Chinese people.However, with the rapid development of real estate industry, housingprices are rising rapidly, many investors and developers tend to be speculators which lead tothe real estate price bubble and bring new problems to the citizens and economy. Therefore,Our country must take a series of measures to effect and interfere the high real estate prices.Panjin, as a representative of the fourth-tier cities, has rich resources and good locationadvantages. In recent years, Panjin’s per capita income level has been at the leading level,and the house prices are correspondingly increased. Therefore, this article take PanJin as theresearch object, explores the impact of real estate new policy, focuses on the analysis of itseffect on three or four-tier city.We analyzed and summarized the theory of real estate and macroeconomic regulationand policies, then we take use of the above theory to analysis the development situation ofPanjin real estate, explore the developing problems under the macroeconomic regulation.Correspondingly we propose relative suggestion, finally we also forecast the future anddeveloping tendency of the real estate in Panjin according to the theoretical research. Ourpaper provides theoretical and research support for the third or fourth-tie cities’ real estatedevelopment under the regulation of macro policies. At the same time, the research of thispaper can give a favor for the healthy and stable development of Panjin’s real estate.
