The A company in new product technical training activities, because each timethe activities of the organizers are not the same, and the lack of a unified processguidance documents, which leads to each event correlation in the planning andorganization and previous training activities is relatively small, as a new activity ofplanning and implementation, increase new product training the human and economiccosts which virtually. In addition, because every activity of the organization directlyrelated with the ability and knowledge of the organizers, this reduces the stability oftraining organization, so that every new product technical training activity leveluneven. And the in-depth research of new products and technology training activitieswill find, there can be no comprehensive analysis process of curriculum design,training effect by the organizers of a greater impact, many problems cannot findwritten reference mature experience or lessons, investigate its reason, it is lack ofperfect standard management.This paper aims to A company Model X technical training process design to thetechnical training plan new products for the company to study. This paper tries topresent situation through new product technical training to explore its existingproblems, and to study the causes of these problems, and then through the industrialand commercial management knowledge to develop new product technical trainingprocess to solve these problems, eventually developing a new product technicaltraining process is feasible for A company. This work will be divided into fourchapters to study.The first chapter is the introduction part, this part is divided into three parts. Are the A and its technical training summary, research background and the significance ofthe study.The second chapter is the present situation and problems of new products andtechnology training. Research focus of this part is through the current status of newproduct technical training to find the three core problem that its face, not standarduncertainty and training design management is lack of standard procedures, trainingstarting time.The third chapter to the second chapter of the three problems is analyzed, to findout the reasons for the problem of training of new products. The new product trainingmanagement is relatively extensive management, the lack of perfect standard becauseof time to market are not comprehensive and in-depth consideration of variousdepartments to product launch time associated with low degree of training, as well astraining design inadequate experience in curriculum development and trainingorganizations lack the knowledge accumulation and curing process.The fourth chapter will be in the new product technical training processoptimization design for the above problems to explore solutions. The design of thenew product technical training standards process, optimal relevance, explore thetechnical training and new products to market to solve the task of training the trainingmode, such as the implementation of remote training mode of training, curriculumdevelopment and training organization of knowledge accumulation and curing, buildcore strength training.Finally, this paper will use the first elaborated the present situation, find theproblems, reasons of these problems in-depth analysis, and finally found the solutionto these problems.
