In today's world,with rapid economic development and changeable market demand,in order to meet the rapidly changing market demand,enterprises are undoubtedly shouldering greater opportunities and challenges in the process of both diversification and individualized development.Traditional enterprises are also gradually changing into knowledge-based enterprises,and act as important participants and carriers of knowledge economy.Besides,the employees of enterprises are facing greater pressure.In this environment,on the one hand,enterprises need to continuously improve their product development capabilities in order to respond to the market demand and enhance the core competitiveness.On the other hand,as carriers of product development,the enterprise personnel have stronger independence and autonomy.Therefore,the diversified task of product development is becoming more and more complex.It is difficult to meet the needs of enterprises and product developers only by improving the process and methods of product development.In the process of matching product developers with tasks,managers should not only consider the knowledge needs of the task,but also pay attention to the interests and autonomy of the people.The research on the matching between product developer and tasks will provide a new way to improve the ability of enterprise product development.Therefore,this paper studies the bilateral knowledge matching between product developer and task.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,this paper analyzes the background and significance of this paper.It summarizes the current research situation of personnel and task matching at home and abroad,and summarizes the existing problems.So,it puts forward the purpose and main research content of this paper,and clarifies the innovation of this article and research ideas.Secondly,this paper studies the concepts of product developer and task matching,and expounds the connotation of product development,product developer,personnel and task matching and knowledge.The key issues and technical solutions are discussed,and the process of matching is also discussed.Thirdly,this paper carries out research on bilateral knowledge matching between new product developer and tasks.On the one hand,the matching research on matching knowledge learning and task knowledge requirements of new product developers is carried out.First of all,the knowledge ability of personnel is analyzed,and the idea of calculating knowledge ability is put forward.The tacit knowledge ability and explicit knowledge ability are measured,and then the total knowledge ability is obtained.Secondly,the task knowledge requirement is analyzed,and the matching model based on knowledge learning and task knowledge requirements of new product developers is constructed by editing MATLAB program.On the other hand,on the basis of acquiring the task group,the research on matching between knowledge requirement of new product development tasks and cumulative quantity of knowledge learning of new product development workers is carried out,and the related concepts of the personnel knowledge learning cumulative quantity are analyzed.This paper puts forward the idea and method of calculating the cumulative amount of personnel knowledge learning,so as to construct a matching model and match the specific executor of the task according to the task group to complete the bilateral matching.Finally,the research results are applied in practice,and the process is illustrated by practical cases to verify the rationality and effectiveness in this study.
