Enterprise social responsibility information disclosure is to meet the information needs ofdifferent stakeholders. Consumer is one of the important stakeholders of enterprise, they haveaccess to social responsibility information needs and expectations, to purchase behavior directlyaffect the enterprise’s financial performance. As a result, consumer’s attitude toward enterprisesto fulfill social responsibility and evaluation is particularly important for enterprises. Theenterprise social responsibility information disclosure is the enterprise to fulfill the socialresponsibility innovated process. Consumers focus on corporate social responsibility informationdisclosure extent, is the indirect requirement of practice of social responsibility of the enterprise.However, consumers focus on corporate disclosure of what social responsibility information,corporate disclosure of social responsibility information consistent with consumer focus oncorporate social responsibility information? This article will study this.In recent years, appliance Industry by the foreign economic environment and promotepolicy out the influence of such factors, the appliance market in the trend of competition anddecline of product sales, the same product of difference degree is becoming more and more lower.To deal with the diminished product differentiation and the increasingly fierce marketcompetition, some forward-looking appliances enterprises take the social enterpriseresponsibility as the target, they would like to be a social responsibility of enterprises, and thepurpose is to make consumers trust and support of them. Consequently, they will win thecompetition in the new round. Therefore, based on the consumer’s perspective to studyenterprise social responsibility information disclosure is of practical significance.Firstly, this article questionnaire for consumers, to explore consumers focuses on corporatedisclosure of what social responsibility information. Secondly, select the haier group company asa case, to evaluate its social responsibility information disclosure condition. Once again the haiergroup social responsibility information disclosure and consumer eyes do contrast analysis.Finally, according to the results of the analysis put forward the reasonable suggestions to thehaier group and appliance industry.
