The studies about the relationship between B2C e-commerce and third-party logistics athome and abroad focused on several aspects as blow:(1)Compared to self-logistics, thethird-party logistics is more suitable for B2C e-commerce business;(2)According to thesize of circulation range,B2C logistics can be divided into regional logistics and urbanlogistics;(3)The degree of B2C logistics’ software and hardware facilities, thestandardization of service system, customers’ satisfaction and so on. Most current studiesfocus on improving supply chain and the quality of services, lacking of quantitativeresearches on cooperation performance. This article focuses on whether cognitiverelationship can raise the quality of cooperative relationship by affecting the quality ofrelationship. With SPSS, Making linear regression analysis on questionnaires, we can drawsome inspiration. The innovation of this paper lies in classifying perceived risk intocognitive dimension. Cooperative performance is either reflected in economic value or insocial value.By consolidating literature and empirical research, this paper focused on the partnershipwork performance between B2C business enterprise and third-party logistics has donesome work as blew. Review the concept of B2C e-commerce and third-party logistics, thebasis of cooperation as well as some evaluation model, by refining cognitive, relationshipquality, cooperation performance and external environment, then make assumptions andlinear analysis. On the one hand, I can confirm the potential quality, soft process quality,quality of results, subjective reference prices can affect the quality of relationship, and playa positive or negative impact on both companies, industries and market environment. Onthe other hand, I confirm that the potential quality of the internal reference price, softprocess quality, quality of results, subjective reference prices can change public opinion onboth sides enterprise, corporate social image.
