Research On The Logistics Model Under The E-business Environment

In new century, the application of e-commerce affect the every inch of our society. The global economy will develop at full speed with a new mode. The new management conception taking e-commerce as the core will regenerate the economical structure and the business management model.Realization course of e-commerce should integrate the four flow: information, funds trade and logistics. With the help of digital and communicational technology. E-commerce can integrate the previous three flows, but can't solve the logistics problem. For the company which setting foot in the e-commerce, the primary problem is making the decision of logistics mode. Under different environment, the company must choose the different logistics mode.This essay, through deeply research the e-commerce logistics situation of national and non-national, probing into how to choose the suitable mode in China. The paper use two methods to analyze the problem: theory combines practice; qualitative analysis combines quantitative analysis. The author give the detailed analyses on self-build logistics and third party logistics, and put forward a new model(logistics alliance).On the basis of improving the past logistics evaluation criterion, this paper sets up a new evaluation framework of the business logistics strategy with method of ANP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).This thesis includes following six parts.The first part is an introduction. It summarizes the research actualities of logistics, e-commerce and logistics model, introduce the background, purpose, method of logistics model under the e-business environment.The second part discusses the theory about logistics, e-commerce and logistics model, lay a foundation on the thesis.The third part describes the logistics mode. Analyze on self-build logistics, third party logistics and logistics alliance and put forward a logistics model on how to make decision among the models of logistics.The forth part introduce the current situation of national and non-national e-commerce logistics development and make examples to describe it.The fifth part introduce the method of how to make decision among the models of logistics. On the basis of improving the past logistics evaluation criterion, this paper sets up a new evaluation framework of the business logistics strategy.The sixth part is a conclusion of the study, and brings forward the direction of further research development in the future.
