With the increasingly market competition,more and more companies outsource their non-primary business to third party logistics for improving primary business,reducing cost and improving efficiency via collecting resources.Therefore,the third party logistics play more and more important role in logistic outsource.However,lots of logistic users say,in the process of logistics outsourcing,the goal of logistic outsource has not been accomplished,and even with the third party logistics business partnership rupture.Thus,Dependent researches that service quality,relationship quality and service quality affects relationship quality and logistics outsourcing performance become focused intention in everywhere.Based on the current research results,in the base of Chinese social background,it is unable to certain the mechanism of relationship quality,service quality,relationship quality and logistics outsourcing performance.It is very important to study the interaction among the third party logistics service quality,relationship quality and logistics outsourcing relationship.This paper studies the interaction relationship among third party logistic quality,relationship quality and logistic outsource performance.Firstly,this paper summarizes and analysis the relevant literature and interviews with A company,and initially constructs the relationship among the third party logistics service quality,relationship quality and logistics outsourcing performance.On the base of case study,according to relevant research,there are three research hypothesis are presented,that third party logistics service quality has a positive impact on the relationship quality,relationship quality has a positive impact on logistics outsourcing performance and the third party logistics service quality has a positive impact on the logistics outsourcing performance.Meanwhile,the conceptual model are established between three factors.In this study,all the measurement items were used by the maturity scales at home and abroad,and based on the Chinese scenarios and research background,the measurement items were appropriately corrected.In this paper,the logistics enterprises as the object of investigation,who shows the present partnership of their own companies with third party logistic enterprises.It helps us to evaluate the relationship by using Likert7 point scoring method,and a total of 265 valid questionnaires were collected.Moreover,effective questionnaires are analyzed about descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis and structural equation modeling viaSPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0.This research shows that:(1)The conceptual model proposed in this study can be accepted by testing.(2)Third party logistic service quality acts on logistic outsourcing performance via relationship quality instead of affecting logistic outsourcing performance directly.(3)Third party logistic quality has positive effect on relationship quality and relationship quality has positive effect on logistic outsourcing performance.As a conclusion of this study,it reveals that the interacted relationship among third party logistic quality,relationship quality and logistic outsource perform in China reality,which provides practical guidance for third party logistic enterprises and logistics user enterprises.
