The Low-carbon Economy Development Level Evaluation And Influence Factors Decomposition Of Jiangsu Province

Since the climate conference in Copenhagen in2009, Cancun, Mexico climateconference in2010, the development of low-carbon economy to become a consensusamong all countries. In2009, Hu Jintao, at the United Nations climate change summit,expressly to develop low-carbon economy. Jiangsu Province as one of the importantprovince of the development of China’s economy, research on low-carbon economy ofJiangsu Province has a good impact on itself and China’s economy.In this paper, based on the comparative analysis of low-carbon economicdevelopment at home and abroad literature review and research methods, First, fromthe energy consumption, the greenhouse gas emissions, the industrial structure, theecological environment four aspects analysis the Jiangsu Province low-carboneconomy development the basic situation, and further points out the Jiangsu Provincelow-carbon economy development existence the question. Second, the establishmentof Jiangsu Province, the level of development of a low-carbon economy evaluationindex system, calculated, Jiangsu Province and around the city from2005to2010thecarbon level of economic development index (LCI), cluster analysis, and around theCity of LCI get three low-carbon region: relatively high carbon area, relatively incarbon area and relatively low carbon zone, then the integrated use of the logarithmicmean Di shi index (LMDI), respectively, Jiangsu Province in general and low-carbonregion factor decomposition to identify the main factors for the development oflow-carbon economy. Finally, in view of the results of the evaluation, the paper putsforward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the development oflow-carbon economy in Jiangsu Province, and summarizes the research findings, afollow-up to be perfect and improved direction.
