After the reform and opening up and in the international background of industrialrestructuring, Chinese textile&garment industry has formed a large industrial scale. Thedemands for products of the textile&garment specialized market promote the generationof regional industrial clusters, and the continuous development of regional industrialclusters support the specialized market to upgrade. Supporting and pulling each other, theirinteraction directly affect the changes in regional economic development. Therefore, analyzing the influencing factors and interaction between specialized markets and regionalindustrial clusters, has a significant role in making policies that promote the sustainabledevelopment of regional economy. In order to study the interaction between textile&garment specialized market andregional industrial clusters, with local research and literature study, the author selectsquantifiable evaluation indexes of specialized market. And also selects the evaluationindexes of regional industrial clusters according to the theory of industrial agglomerationdynamics. Then carry out empirical analysis by panel data of two listed companies and theircorresponding regional industrial clusters, thus draw the following conclusion:(1) Theimpact conclusion of textile&garment specialized market on regional industrial clusters:Either TA or SE have a positive impact on regional industrial clusters; BGRM has a greaterimpact on industrial clusters of Eastern Silk Market than on that of Shaoxing Textile City;DAR has a positive impact on industrial clusters of Eastern Silk Market, while negative onthat of Shaoxing Textile City; ROE, EPS, TP and TFC have not pass the significant test, while TFC has greater impact on Shaoxing Textile City.(2) The impact conclusion oftextile&garment regional industrial clusters on specialized market: SP1has a negativeimpact on SE of Eastern Silk Market, while SP2has a positive impact on TFC of ShaoxingTextile City; The impact of DV1on ROE and EPS, DV2on TFC are all positive; Theimpact of CP1on TA and SE, CP2on EPS are all positive, too. At last, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestionsfrom the perspective of specialized markets and industrial clusters. Suggestions fromspecialized markets perspective: such as expanding the scale of the textile&garmentmarket, reducing the rent of business room appropriately etc. Suggestions from industrialclusters perspective: promote investment actively, strengthen the innovation within thecluster, give full play to the role of government control coordination etc.
