Risk control has a certain degree of difficulty, and not yet in-depth cooperation. During the tourism boom, how to make bilateral cooperation more reasonable, more closely, mutual benefit, is the direction the paper tries to explore. Tourism industry concentration is low. Many companies in various industry segment. Each business situation is different. The paper tries to commonality analysis two types of tourism enterprises, hotels and tourist attractions.
