Interest rate reform will intensify competition in the banking sector, the banks must through the bargainingability and debt management capacity,non pricecompetition means to deal with, so as to enhance thebanking profitability. As a services based on small and medium-sized enterprises, urban and rural residents of thecity commercial banks, how to give full play to its advantages in the new situation, and constantly improve market competitiveness,has been the Ningxia bankscontinue to explore the issue. The purpose of this paper is to formulate strategic framework for the development of Ningxia bank, analysis of the current development, highlight the analysis of internal and external competition environment,combined with the situation of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and the actual situation, use the theory of marketing, thinking of the new situation in the interest rate marketization continually,the existence of Ningxia bank marketing problems and puts forward the development direction in the future the Bank of Ningxia, to promote the development of sustainable and robust.In this paper,the marketing theory, consulting analysis model and empirical analysis theory of the three methods are used, through citation analysis, the domestic studies on foreign investigation report, combined with the characteristics of the external environment of Ningxia bank and the marketization of interest rates,the Bank of Ningxia adopted marketing strategy,hoping to create the brand,comprehensive strength has certain reference value and significance in promoting the.
