The Researchment And Implementation Of The Integration Of Logistics Management Platform In Group Enterprise

With the continuous development of our economy, traditional logistics industry has beenunable to meet the current rapid development of enterprise needs. And modern logisticsenterprises have mastered an important means which is improving market competitiveness andenhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. Thus, the concept of modern logistics,advanced logistics technology and modern logistics model is introduced into business andmanagement, which is imperative. In this trend, various modern logistics construction of thetobacco industry has done a lot of exploration, has accumulated a wealth of experience, and hasachieved certain results. Each cigarette industry companies want to improve logistics in theoriginal system, the introduction of modern logistics management thinking and modern logisticsinformation technology, building a whole business logistics management and effective control ofthe integrated management platform improves the pace of construction of modern logistics andintegrated management industry. In this context, the construction of logistics integratedmanagement platform is imperative.Based on the theory of the status of tobacco logistics industry and logistics, through the useof supply chain management, it is studying the idea of building integrated management platformand key technologies and proposing a "comprehensive perception, full coverage, full control, fullenhance” of modern logistics management thinking. Through the construction of integratedlogistics management platform, it is to sort out the logistics business, improvement andintegration, and effectively improve logistics management, to achieve full control and enhancethe level of logistics business. The main contents of this paper include the following points:(1) Analyzing the current situation of industrial logistics management industry, the originalsystem exists many features. For example, decentralized systems, the structure is not uniform,information management features is not perfect. Ideological framework which is buildingintegrated logistics management platform is proposed to build integrated logistics managementplatform. From a technical level, it is studying the architecture and implementation of platform’s idea. Combined with the actual situation in chuanyu logistics management, logistics managementplatform’s architecture and core business processes were studied and analyzed.(2) Tobacco logistics’ intelligent scheduling model and algorithm is studying. Through thelogistics of scheduling problem’s description,cigarette vehicle routing optimization mathematicalmodel is established and proposed scheduling optimization solution. Then, through thetraditional model of ant colony algorithm’s analysis and research, the problem of traditional antcolony algorithm was improved, and using actual data for the improved algorithm has beenverified.(3) According to the new demands of the same province, on the basis of the existing logisticsproblem, we proposed real-time delivery model with the provincial logistics. This is solving theprovincial logistics demand distribution problems and avoiding the occurrence of inventory stock.By setting the parameters and invest a reasonable amount, put the amount of real-time algorithm,it is applied to different cities of the province’s vehicle distribution problems, which is not onlysimplify business processes, and also improve customer satisfaction.(4) According to the specific business requirements of logistics management and distributionof tobacco, integrated logistics management platform for the overall functions and modules aredesigned and realized. And some new business concepts and business models are made, whichimprove the comprehensive management of logistics, reduce logistics costs.In this paper, integrated logistics management platform has been effectively verified in thetobacco industry, through the actual operation of the platform, it is greatly improving the abilityof management and leadership decision-making control. Further, it is improving the efficiency oflogistics and distribution, cost savings, improving the competitiveness of the industry.
