In view of this paper is completed in2013, the listing Corporation has notpublished. this paper selects2009-2012China’s A shares of listing Corporation in10special treatment of real estate companies and30normal companies as the research sample,the same period of5special treatment of real estate companies and15normal companiesas test sample, with N-2years2007-2010as a data acquisition time, reflecting the realestate listing Corporation financial and non-financial status of40as a predictor variablemodel, The logistic financial early warning model on China’s real estate listing Corporationis constructed through empirical research. then the test sample is brought into the model todetect the accuracy of the model. Finally, the preventive measures are provided in order toavoid failing into the financial crisis for real estate companies. And once in the financialcrisis, the conventional strategy and unconventional strategy should be taken to help theenterprise to bail out as soon as possible.
