Empirical Study On Regional Difference Of The Medica Linsurance System Of Urban Employee In China

Since the late1990s, when the state council issued The Decision on Establishing the Basic Medical Insurance System for Urban Employee, our medical insurance system for urban workers has made great progress in the construction. With the development of society and economy, the fundamental medical insurance system of urban employee basically protects the rights of workers’ basic health. At present, due to the problem of administrative levels of the fundamental medical insurance system of urban employee, the analysis of its research has only focused on microcosmic angle, such as social pooling plus individual retirement account, pension fund balance and parameter adjustment. The research from a macro perspective of the fundamental medical insurance system of urban employee balance problem is less. In order to protect the urban workers’ basic medical security rights and improve the administrative levels, the coordinated development of medical insurance for urban workers around is more and more important.In this paper, the author uses a variety of the latest data, filtering the indicators of31provinces, trying to establish a related model about the economic development level of towns and the development level of medical insurance for its workers and using the statistical-factor analysis method to analyze. This article provides the government departments empirical data to objectively evaluate the system of medical insurance for urban workers, helping them to find problems in the system, making the related improvement and finally making the modest contribution to realize a higher level coordination of the medical insurance for urban workers.The author hopes that through the results, some departments can pay more attention to the regional differences of the medical insurance system of urban employee. On the basis of the micro angle for resolving problems, the government can analyze and modify the related policy from the macro field, in order to facilitate the policy of medical insurance system of urban employee to obtain the comprehensive, healthy and sustainable development.
