A Study On The Personal Information Management

In the era of knowledge economy, information has become an extremely valuable resource, the amount of personal information resources people faced is growing exponentially. Personal information loaded in social security card also becomes increasingly rich and complex, it not only includes name, gender, identity card number and other basic information, but also includes one’s employment experience information, social insurance contributions record information, vocational qualifications and skills information, personal account information of pension and medical insurance, personal status and other information, as well as personal financial information that will be loaded in the social security card soon after. For social security card (hereinafter referred to as "SSC") holders, the personal information of social security card they need to manage is constantly increasing. How to query personal information of social security card more quickly, how to efficiently use the personal information of social security card, how to effectively save the personal information of social security card, how to fully develop and utilize the personal information of social security card and how to effectively safeguard the personal information of social security card have become a thorny problem before the social security card holders. To effectively address these challenges, we must strengthen the personal information management of social security card. It requires the social security card holders to actively cultivate the awareness of personal information management, to explore solutions to the personal information management problems of social security card in the process, to strengthen the personal information security management of social security card; it also requires some personal information tools with highly modernized factors to be used in the personal information management of social security card; it also requires personal information of social security card to be classified and sort reasonably, and so on.This paper adopts the literature research method, and collects lots of document literature regarding social security card and personal information management, then summarizes it and writes the review. The article also collects and collates relevant data through sending questionnaires and having interviews with some social security card holders.The paper also analyzes the current situation and existing problems and its causes of the personal information management of social security card holders through questionnaires and staff interviews. Further more, the paper puts forward targeted solutions to the existing problems, and to help the personal information management practice of social security card holders. The paper tries to research some relevant problems of Personal Infrmation Management through those who hold social security cards.This paper consists of five parts, the main contents of each part are summarized as follows:The first chapter includes research background and significance, current research, research ideas and content, methods and innovations.The second chapter analyzes the status quo of personal information management of the social security card holders. It includes a general overview of the development of China’s social security card, process of personal information management of social security card, survey of personal information management of social security card holders and its survey results, and personnel interviews of social security card holders.The third chapter is about problems and causes of personal information management of social security card holders. It includes problems and its cause.The forth chapter is about solutions and suggestions of personal information management of social security card holders. It includes general idea and basic principles of improving personal information management of social security card holders, as well as main measures to improve personal information management of social security card holdersThe fifth chapter is conclusion. It includes research findings, research deficiencies and prospects.
