Study On Countermeasures And Current Circumstances Of Personal Information Protection For Telecom Industry In Tibet

With the implementation of the < Anti-terrorism law >,telecommunications companies implement the real identity registration of users,this work has been formally written to the legal provisions.This is very important and positive,mainly reflected in the prevention and punishment of terrorism,safeguarding national security and the safety of people's lives and property.However,facing the risk of user information leakage,this requires the positive response of telecom enterprises.This dissertation analyzes the personal information protection from the perspective of Tibet telecom industry marketing activities,puts forward " personal information security system construction and user's true identity information registration is equally important ",we must avoid the negative implementation of user identity information registration system,and strengthen the construction of information security system,and embed personal information protection into the whole marketing process.In pre-sales,based on user's information to research and analysis market,segmentation,decision-making and planning;in sales,user's real identity information registration,real name verification;In after-sales,use personal information for customer service,extended service satisfaction survey visits.Combined with the personal information identification,collection,storage,transmission,use,deletion and other treatment aspects,observe the study,analysis of the status quo,try to put forward " personal information protection" countermeasures.
