The Construction And Discussion Of The Cooperative In The Kmt-controlled Area During The Anti-Japanese War

Cooperation scholars’s disscussion about establishing and developing process of cooperative bank is the main study object of this thesis, to explore cooperative as a new type of rural financial institutions in practice, the interact relationship between government economist and farmers,and the national governmen how to push the "mandatory" political factors into creating cooperative system. The view of this thesis is that the national government in order to strengthen the dictatorship of one party to establish the cooperative system. In the process of construction of cooperative system, economist discussed about the Cooperative bank as a way of dialogue with national governments, not only to promote the development of cooperative forward in practice, interpretate in the modern sense of people cooperation, and highlight the cooperative as a new type of the value of the agricultural financial institutions in modern China.This thesis is divided into six parts, the first part is introduction;the second, third, fouth part are the main parts; the fifth is conclusion. Among them, the second part mainly accounted about planning of cooperative bangk and its preliminary development before the Anti-Japanese War,in order to analyze the background of cooperative bank’s establishment;the third part mainly disscussed People’s discussion of the cooperative related issues during the Anti-Japanese War, including the rapid development of the cooperative, auxiliary organ, cooperative development under the new XianZhi, the discussion of the establishment of central cooperative;the fouth part mainly disscussed the significance of people’s evaluation on cooperative system during it’s time. Through the above four parts on the discussion of cooperative system construction, people gradually analyze it’s meaning, in the form of discussion as a dialogue with the government,and put forward some constructive suggestions and get government’s support, to achieve "official cooperation " and promote the improvement of the construction of cooperative system, and then to create favorable economic environment for the Anti-Japanese War.
