Wafangdian Bearing Group Co.,Ltd is the largest bearing manufacturer inChina(Short as ZWZ). In recent years, ZWZ developed successfully bearings forSteel, Cement, Railway, Automobile industries. Indian government enacted a newpolicy about improving steel production capacity which trying to make the industryreach world best level. In line with this policy, the Indian steel industry is expectedin the next few years will continue to expand production capacity, demand forbearing will also be increased. This is the very favorable condition for ZWZ Indiansteel sales project.The implementation of ZWZ Indian steel sales project is mainly done by thecontract. And for effective management of contract is the key to the success of theproject. This paper systematically states how to make effective contract management,how to ensure the successful implementation of contract management, contractmanagement plan implementation of control measures of how to eventually runZWZ group Indian Tata steel sales project success.First of all, India has relatively fast economic growth, the demand for steel isgoing up, based on the similarity between the two countries bearing market, in orderto quickly enter the India Tata steel mills, as one of the main bearing of India Tatasteel suppliers, rationally analyzing the characteristics of India Tata steel salesprojects, and analyzes the key problems in the process of contract management,making accord with the characteristics of India Tata steel sales project contractmanagement, improve the level of ZWZ group contract management, promote IndiaTata steel sales project smoothly.The contract of sales for ZWZ India Tata steel is the basis for quality, progress, and control.This paper illustrates how to develop India Tata steel sales projectcontract management, and to understand the nature of the risk of the contract, toperfect the contract management system.The management problems of contractmanagement mainly includes market forecast and financial condition predictionbefore signing the contract; Contract risk prediction and prevention to deal with;Contract management control of income; Termination of contract, etc., thuseffectively reduce the risk of the contract of sale, income rowed back to ensure thatcontract, guarantee the sustained and healthy development of the project.Secondly, to ensure the implementation of the contact, this paper propose thesuggestion for the contact management control and implementation.The suggestionsinclude the policy for the flow of contract of management, the flow of contract audit.The principle for audit people of the contract. Meanwhile, the audit team shouldfinalize all risks of contract, and make the prevention for all kinds of risk. Andpropose the methods of controlling claims.Contract management is the key to a successful sales project, contractmanagement of ZWZ group India Tata steel sales project is the core content of thisproject, it has always been throughout the whole process management of salesproject. Implementation of contract management can effectively prevent arbitrarydecision-making, appeared in the process of selling can accurately analyze and judgewill appear in the process of the sales project to make the risk and problems, and todevelop preventive measures, effectively avoid the occurrence of unnecessarydisputes and litigation, and can solve the uncertain legal risk. India Tata steel salesproject success in escort, ZWZ group for the construction of the overseas markets tobuild a better platform, bring greater economic benefits for the enterprise.
