Study On DY Company Contract Management

With the development of social and economy,economic exchanges between enterprises become more and more complex,and contract is one of the most important communication method.With better contract management,the company can effectively avoid operational risks,reduce the management cost and improve the efficiency of enterprises,and finally leads to success.In this paper,rely on the research of DY Company's contract management,we explore the problems of enterprise contract management in practice,and suggest some measures to improve the level of contract management.First of all,this paper collecting relevant literature,organizing the basic knowledge,such as the concept and characteristics of contract management,the role and objectives of contract management in enterprises,at the same time,we introduce recent research situation and practical application of contract management at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper introduces background of DY Company and basic information about contract management,for example,functional departments,systems which consisting of building,check,fulfilment modification and Close-Out of contract management,and provides the foundation for later analysis.Then,in this paper,by means of expert investigation,brainstorming,we analysis the problems in DY Company and uses the hierarchical analysis method to evaluate the importance of contract management problems.Finally,this paper presents some measures to improve the performances of DY Company.Based on the effect of evaluation of four measures,it proves the measures are effective and have achieved the research purpose.Contract management research has important significance to the development of modern enterprises,it can effectively help enterprises to improve the efficiency of cooperation,and maintain their own interests.In this paper,the research of the DY company contract management not only can improve the level of contract management,at the same time,it also has some certain enlightenment and reference.
