For new ventures, enterprises have a strategy? What is the enterprise strategicform path? What factors have influence on enterprise strategy formation process?Many scholars have done a lot of research for these problems. Firstly, we do somesort and analysis about these issuses. finally,we based on the theory of HenryMintzberg, and Consider entrepreneurs characteristics, opportunities, resources,capabilities, as well as the influence factors on the formation of the strategy in thereflection of case study.The whole train of thought for studying the case as follows: first, to observe thesignificant events of the enterprise, we analyzed layer of strategy and businessstrategy, the company in the business layer strategy as the company’s strategic support.Then analysis company strategy is the opportunity driver or a resource driver, andinfluence factors for strategic foothold in the case study characteristics ofentrepreneurs, the company team building, including corporate culture andorganizational changes.This article selected case for two e-commerce companies: jingdong malland alibabagroup.The two companies are New ventures, entrepreneurship time andnot too short not conducive to research,and they are all popular companies, In favorof the Internet to gather information. Through the case study of jingdongand alibaba,We reached the following conclusions: Since the entrepreneurial enterprises, theformation of its strategic is a gradual process, At the beginning of the businessstrategy is often driven by opportunity, the company developed to a certain stage aftermay introduce resources driven strategy.The characteristics of Entrepreneurs in theprocess of corporate strategy formation have important influence on the formationenterprise strategy. For the E-commerce industry, when the enterprises graduallyexpand, the company’s internal processes will gradually move, this is not conducive tothe development of E-commerce industry, so entrepreneurs tend to be frequent adjustments, Reflected in the corporate culture or the company organization structure,to ensure the internal process and external environment adaptability.
