Agricultural science and technology enterprises increasingly remarkable in the structure of agricultural industry, it gradually became the booster of agriculture development and agricultural modernization, becomes the active cell in the agricultural development. In the development process of China’s agricultural science and technology enterprise, we find that shortage of funds is ofen a bottleneck.
