Qualified personnel is crucial in the competition of modern hotel industry after all. To provide high quality services to guests must rely on highly qualified managers and service personnel. However, lower job satisfaction is a common phenomenon in the hotel industry of China. if the employee of the hotels feel unsatisfying about the jobs, it is difficult to find a good way to offer good service to the guests. The research shows that the main influential factors of the employees’job satisfaction are as follows, pay and welfare, working conditions, interpersonal relationship, career development, etc. Besides those factors, the author find there are some other factors which are easily ignored influencing on hotel employees’ job satisfaction either, for example, the management style of the leaders in the hotel. The employees in the hotel always resign because of the bad relationships with leaders and colleagues. They can’t adapt the style of the leaders, and feel anonymity and unappreciated. Therefore, management style of a hotel plays a significant role on the staff’s job satisfaction. In the star superior hotel, front-line employees always contact with department managers. Through the investigation, it is found that management style of department managers affect more greatly than senior managers. How to improve lower-level managers’ management skill and charisma, and improve the employees’ job satisfaction as an important issue that hotel operators and managers should pay attention to and consider.The article selected the six-star hotel in Zhang Jiajie, Hunan as the research object. In the research, it has studied the relationship between junior leadership and employee job satisfaction by using questionnaires, this paper, according to the organizational structure,is divided into the following aspects:The first chapter is introduction. The main contents include the background and purpose and significance of this research.The second chapter:the definition of the basic concepts and the theoretical analysis. The main contents include the evolvement and review between the theory of the style of leadership and employee satisfaction theory review, and propose some relative shortcomings based on the literature.The three chapter:study design. In this part the article proposes hypothesis, builds research model, and manifests the core issue by the form of the model which provides a theoretical basis for the empirical analysis and the foundation for the quantitative analysisChapter four:empirical analysis. The main contents include the selection of the sample enterprises, distributed and recovery of research questionnaires, processing and analysis of data The fifth chapter is conclusions and recommendations. The main contents include giving the paper overall conclusions in which come up with recommendations about how to enhance the management level for the star hotels leadership Chapter six:Defects and research prospects. The part sums up the thesis s inadequate and the prospects for further researchIn this paper, the software SPSS17.0make an analysis of data in terms of validity and reliability、descriptive statistics、factor、variance、correlation and regression analysis, which concludes the followings:(1) The style of the hotel leadership has the significant positive effect on the employee job satisfaction.(2) Except for driving by the vision from leadership, what has the significant positive effect on the employee job satisfaction is the moral and virtue、personalized care、 enchantment of the leadership.(3) There is not successively increasing relationship between The moral and virtue、personalized care、enchantment of the leadership and the employee job satisfaction.Above all, the paper proposes Recommendations for the hotel management against the conclusions. The author points out the defacts in the research and the prospect for the further research direction.
