| In the past three decades, China economy has achieved rapid development; the floating population is growing much larger meanwhile. Although this group helps local economic development and social prosperity, it has brought lots of society problems accordingly, like Employment, income, housing, children’s education and so on. Housing is one of the most basic and serious problem among them.Housing needs and housing demand are different concepts. Housing planning agency and ordinary consumers have different understanding here. Regardless of social status and economic income of individuals, living needs is indispensable based on the basic demand of human. Below lists several aspects mainly impact housing consumption,1. Income, it is the most important factor influencing housing consumption. They are directly related, namely the income rising will stimulate housing consumption and the decline will inhibit consumption.2. Housing Price Incoming Ratio. This ratio refers to the ratio of the income and the housing price of middle-income family in one country or area in a specific period. It is the index reflects the capability of one family’s house affordability. These capabilities are totally different in different countries and period because of different economic environment.3. The perfection of the social security system. People will have more money for housing once they get better social security and more savings.Understanding living conditions and willingness of this large group is the effective way to solve the housing problem. Through3000questionnaires from migrant workers in Pingshan district Shenzhen, this paper introduces a solution to the housing problem of floating population.At the same time,"apartment service" as a new thought is proposed to the managem ent of floating population in Pingshan District according to current situation of this aera. It is also a good reference for other cities solving this kind of hou-sing problem. |
