Agriculture is a listed company on behalf of China’s advanced productive forcesof agriculture as the leading agricultural industrialization is to solve the contradictionbetween small farmers and big market, an important carrier to realize theindustrialization of agriculture. Themainbenefits ofagricultural policy of the state financial subsidies and tax incentivespackage. Asfinancial subsidies, the national agricultural listed companies to increase agriculturalsubsidies not only to see the economic performance of listed companies, but acomprehensive improve overall performance, this paper defines the overallperformance of social performance. People continue toproduce quality exposure and focus on the ecological environment and sustainabledevelopment, social responsibility agricultural listed companies care is beingquestioned, making the interests of the agricultural interests of the Company andstakeholders continue to be violated. It seems that financial investment in this countrydid not achieve the desired results.Therefore, this article from the perspective of stakeholders, from agriculturallisted companies to bear the responsibility of different stakeholders, a comprehensivesystem to evaluate the performance of the agricultural community of listed companies,the key factors that affect agriculture dig social performance of listed companies, infavor of we grasp the future development trend of agricultural listed companies,looking for an effective way to improve the performance of the agricultural communityof listed companies, listed companies to promote sound and rapid agricultural development and achieve the grand goal of national agricultural industry.The main idea of this paper is to undertake agricultural listed companies fordifferent stakeholders, including shareholders, creditors, etc., including nationalstakeholders to measure corporate social responsibility performance, the use of factoranalysis of agricultural listed companies conducted social performance scoring, andthrough the establishment of the regression model to analyze the impact of taxsubsidies on agricultural policy of the state social performance of listed companies, inorder to determine whether the country’s fiscal and tax subsidies to achieve the desiredeffect. Unfortunately, after regression analysis model through the conclusion is that taxsubsidies to the agricultural social performance of listed companies is no significantcorrelation between the state of agriculture derived therefrom listed companies taxsubsidies are inefficient.
