The Research On Social Responsibility Of The Bank Of Shanxi Province Corporations

In recent years, with the development of China’s economic and society,the problem of corporation social responsibility missing is highlighted,becoming the focus of the government and the public. Bank as the main partof Chinese financial enterprises, is the core and hub of modern economy,the fate of the socialist economy in our country has importantrelationship with the development of the bank.Thus, the difficulties andthe problems in the process of the bank bearing social responsibilitydeeply affects public’s heart. So the study of the banking enterprisesbearing the social responsibility problem is especially urgent andimportant.In this paper, basing on the status quo of China’s enterprises tofulfill their social responsibility as a backdrop, Shanxi Rural CreditUnions as example, the social responsibility of enterprises in ShanxiProvince were studied. Firstly, in view of domestic and foreign scholarscombing the basis of corporation social responsibility and corporationsocial responsibility bank has defined classification and description ofthe contents of the bank corporation social responsibility; Secondly,corporation social responsibility development of the banking sectorRetrospect on the basis of rural credit cooperatives selected as a casestudy in Shanxi object, using questionnaires, with plenty of authenticand reliable data on the current situation in Shanxi rural CreditCooperatives practicing social responsibility and conduct investigationsin order to capture the Shanxi banks industry enterprises to fulfill theirsocial responsibility during the main problems exposed; thirdly, conductin-depth research and analysis for its practice of social responsibility,find the cause; Finally, the reasons for these problems and proposed topromote corporate banking practice in Shanxi line social responsibility suggestions: from the external environment is concerned, it is necessaryto actively guide the organization through government banking and financeindustry corporate social responsibility, the second is to strengthenbanking supervision legislation and corporate social responsibility; frombanking to their own speaking, it is necessary to strengthen the bankingcorporate social responsibility, but also to strengthen the bank’s owninternal governance structure.The corporation social responsibility of the bank is an important topicin theoretical research and practical exploration. In this paper, selectingShanxi Rural Credit Union as an example, deeply and meticulouslyresearching on the problem of bank’s corporation social responsibility inShanxi Province,aims to provide valuable reference for scientificdecision-making departments and financial firms.
